Make sure you come Sunday evening, September 12 at 6:30 because you won’t want to miss Donkey Tales, a fun musical that our kids choir has been working on all summer!

Come along with us to Tex’s Dude Ranch, where owner Tex Arkana tells three donkey tales to the accompaniment of the Ranch Hand Band:

• A Donkey Brayed & Balaam Obeyed
• The Good Samaritan Rides to the Rescue
• A Donkey Brings a Humble King

We’ll learn about the obedience God requires, the love we can show our neighbors and the humility that led Jesus to the cross.

Families come in all kinds, shapes and sizes and you won’t want to miss our fall celebration of family this September!

All age groups will be focusing on the different aspects of family in September with an all-church family service finale on September 19 at 10:30 AM in the Main Auditorium.

Kids’ Check-In/Check-Out Center

To make sure that your children are safe and secure while they attend their classes and services with us, we have implemented a computerized check-in/check-out system.  The Kids’ Check-In/Check-Out Center is the bright green room at the entrance to our SKY Room and Sunday School areas.

If your family gone through registration, just stop by and use the fingerprint scanner to check your children in before escorting them to their class or service and come back to check them out when it’s time to pick them up.

If you’re new to Praise, we have a Visitors’ Station nearby where you can register yourself and your children for their time with us.

On Sunday evenings, the mobile check-in station will be positioned at the entrance to the SKY Room hallway.  We will begin using the system on Wednesday evenings for preschool and elementary boys’ and girls’ activities.

Service and Check-In/Check-Out Times

Following are our check-in/check-out times and start times for each of our services.  For their safety and security, please check-in your children and do not release them to classrooms or service locations before the appropriate time.

Life, Laugh, Love… for a Lifetime is a two-day weekend event for you and your spouse to get away and take time to focus on just the two of you!

On October 15 and 16 you will have the opportunity to hear about biblically based marriage principles that you can take home and apply to your daily lives that will strengthen your marriage. We will have times of personal reflection, time alone with your spouse and times of fun and games!

Whether you are newly married or are celebrating 50 years together, you will find value in the tools provided during the weekend!

Registration cost is just $100 per couple, which includes:

• One-night stay at the Southern Missouri District Hotel
• 2 Meals for each of you
• Weekend workbook for each of you

A $50 registration deposit is due by September 26 to reserve your room and space for the retreat.  The remaining $50 is due October 10.

Each night we got got enjoy stories and fun with Jay Risner and his friend JoJo.  There were lots of laughs, great music and bunches of fun for everyone.

Practices are on Thursdays from 10 AM until Noon each week. Choir participants can be dropped off beginning at 9:45 AM and need to be picked up by 12:15.  Please use the covered awning entrance on the east side of the main auditorium building for drop-off and pick-up.

Each week they enjoy a snack and games, activities  and crafts that help learn through the message of the program.
